Subscription Terms for HuDBoX

Rules for paid plans, renewals, access to paid features, account downgrades, and related billing conditions.

Billing period and duration

Paid plans may be provided for a fixed billing period, typically one year, unless stated otherwise.

The paid period starts on the day the payment is successfully processed.

Renewal and expiry

After the paid period ends, the plan may expire unless it is renewed.

If the paid plan is not renewed, the account may return to the BASIC level or another currently available lower level.

Downgrade and exceeded limits

If, after plan expiry, the account exceeds the limits of the lower plan, HuDBoX may restrict some features or ask the user to resolve the situation.

If the situation is not resolved within a reasonable time, content exceeding the limits may be removed, blocked, or made inaccessible.

Payments and providers

Payments may be processed through external payment service providers.

Payment card details are not stored directly in HuDBoX unless explicitly stated otherwise by the payment provider.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation conditions depend on the nature of the service, applicable law, and whether paid digital features have already been activated.

If the law grants the user a right to withdraw or request a refund, this right is applied according to the relevant legal rules.

Changes to plans and pricing

HuDBoX may change plan structure, feature scope, limits, or pricing in the future.

Significant changes affecting existing paid users should be communicated appropriately through the service or by email.
