Terms of Use for HuDBoX
An overview of the basic rules for using the platform, working with content, accounts, paid features, and other parts of the service.

Service operator
The operator of the HuDBoX online platform is Pavel Sklenář, Company ID 75910934, with registered office at Krty č.p. 10, 270 33 Krty u Jesenice, Czech Republic.
The contact email for general communication is info@hudbox.cz.
The service is operated as the business activity of a natural person on the basis of a trade licence.

Nature of the service
HuDBoX is an online community platform focused on music, multimedia content, and communication between users.
The service may allow in particular registration and account management, public and private profiles, content publishing, messages, reactions, comments, paid features, and selected additional services.
Users are primarily responsible for the content they publish.

Responsibility for user content
The user bears full responsibility for any content uploaded, published, or otherwise made available through the service.
HuDBoX does not obtain ownership rights to user content and does not carry out blanket prior moderation of all content.
The operator may remove or restrict content that violates these terms, legal regulations, or the security of the service.
It is not permitted to publish content that infringes copyright, contains malicious code, constitutes spam, threatens others, incites violence, or is otherwise unlawful.

Content reporting and contact
Inappropriate content or users can be reported via the Report function or by email to info@hudbox.cz.
A report should ideally include a link or identification of the content, a short description of the issue, and any relevant additional information.
The contact point for communication under the DSA is info@hudbox.cz. Communication languages are Czech and English.
If an account or content is restricted, the user may request a review of the decision.

Rules of use
By using the service, the user agrees to behave respectfully, comply with legal regulations, and respect other users.
In particular, hateful content, bullying, harassment, fraud, phishing, identity theft, and conduct endangering minors are prohibited.

Spam and abuse of the service
Zero tolerance applies in particular to unsolicited messages, mass sending, automated account creation, and attempts to circumvent technical restrictions.
Such accounts may be restricted, blocked, or terminated without delay.

Adult and prohibited content
In particular, illegal pornographic content, material depicting abuse of persons or sexual violence, and content violating legal regulations or the rights of third parties are prohibited.
The operator may remove or restrict such content and take further measures depending on the seriousness of the case.

Limitation of liability
The service is provided as available at the given time.
In particular, the operator is not liable for temporary unavailability of the service, limited functionality, loss of data caused by technical failure, or content published by users, unless mandatory legal regulations provide otherwise.
The user uses the service at their own risk.

Age requirements
The service may also be available to persons under 15 years of age.
By registering, the user confirms that they have the consent of a legal guardian, or that the account was created as part of a school activity with the consent of the school and according to its rules.
In justified cases, proof of such consent may be requested.

Paid services and subscriptions
Some service features may be paid, including annual plans and possible storage extensions.
Paid features are usually activated after successful payment.
After the end of the paid period, the account may return to BASIC unless renewed.
If, after returning to BASIC, the account exceeds its limits, the user may be offered a solution; if it is not used, content exceeding the limits may be removed or made inaccessible after a reasonable period.
Payments may be processed via external providers, and payment card details are not stored directly in HuDBoX.

Account termination
The user may terminate the account according to the options available directly in the service.
The operator may restrict or terminate the account especially in the event of violation of these terms, legal regulations, or the security of the service.
After account termination, content may be removed or anonymised depending on the nature of the content and the service settings.

Copyright and licence
The user retains rights to their content.
By uploading content, the user grants the operator a non-exclusive licence to the extent necessary for operation of the service, display of content according to visibility settings, technical processing, and possible promotion of the service in the case of public content.
The user is responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to publish the content.

Content privacy settings
The service may allow different visibility modes, for example public content, content for selected users, or private content.
The user is responsible for correct privacy settings and acknowledges that some technical copies may remain temporarily accessible even after settings are changed.

Governing law, disputes, and changes to the terms
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is available through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority and the European Commission ODR platform.
The operator may change or update the terms on an ongoing basis, and users will be informed of significant changes through the service or by email.
